Rental Rates and Policies

Cancellation Fee		31 or more days prior to arrival— No penalty unless at Christmas, or for stays of 21 days or longer. 30 days or less— Minimum stay payment (or 50% of booking, whichever is greater) is forfeited if unit is not rented at same rate Any difference will be deducted from deposit. 60 days or less for a stay of 21 days or longer— Same forfeiture as 30 days or less. 60 days or less for Christmas— Full forfeiture unless unite is rented at same rate.
