$150 Security Deposit is required within five days after confirmation to avoid cancellation.Your Security Deposit is fully refundable within fourteen days after your departure date if no damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges are incurred.

Cancellation fee will be $50. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date, the cancellation fee will be $150 or the cost of the accommodations for three nights, whichever is less.
